his  SIPP,  5,000 shares of 10p each (representing 0.01 per cent of  the  issued
share capital of the Company) at a cost of 160p per share.

His interests in the issued share capital of the Company are now as follows:

MR P A FLETCHER

Mr  P  A  Fletcher, a director of the Company, has today purchased, through  his
SIPP,  5,000 shares of 10p each (representing 0.01 per cent of the issued  share
capital of the Company) at a cost of 164.8p per share.

In  addition,  Mr P A Fletcher has today transferred a beneficial interest  of  23,000
shares of 10p each to his SIPP at a cost of 165p per share.

His interests in the issued share capital of the Company are now as follows:
