MR O D WILKINSON
Mr O D Wilkinson, a director of the Company, has today exercised his option over
930  shares  of  10p  each  granted  at 101.78p  per  share.  These  930  shares
(representing  0.002 per cent of the issued share capital of the  Company)  have
subsequently been sold at 300p per share.

Mr  Wilkinson's interests in the issued share capital of the Company are now  as
follows:

Beneficial:  nil
Non-beneficial:  nil
Options:  93,496 shares of 10p each


ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The  revised  issued  and  voting  share capital  following  the  aforementioned
exercise of the options is 52,256,315 shares of 10p each.
