he was, on 17 July 2001, granted options to subscribe for 400,000 shares of 10p
each at an exercise price of 75.5p per share. Mr Fletcher's present interest in
the issued share capital of the Company is as follows:

We have today been advised by Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin, a director of the

Mr Hadsley-Chaplin's present interest in the issued share capital of the Company
is as follows:
