We have been advised by Mr P A Fletcher, a director of the Company,
that  he  has  today been granted options to subscribe for  200,000
shares  of  10p each at an exercise price of 126.5p per  share.  Mr
Fletcher's  present  interest in the issued share  capital  of  the
Company is as follows:

2.   Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin
We  have been advised by Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin, a director of  the
Company,  that  he has today been granted options to subscribe  for
200,000  shares  of  10p each at an exercise price  of  126.5p  per
share.  Mr  Hadsley-Chaplin's present interest in the issued  share
capital of the Company is as follows:
