Mr  P A Fletcher, director, has today advised the Company
that  25,000  shares of the Company which  are  currently
classified in his share interests as "beneficial"  should
now  be  re-classified as "non-beneficial".  His  present
interest  in the issued share capital of the  Company  is
now as follows:-
