Mr O D Wilkinson, a director of the Company, has today exercised his option over
50,000  shares of 10p each granted at 75.5p per share. The aforementioned 50,000
shares have been sold at 184 pence per share.

His  present share interests in the issued share capital of the Company are  as
follows:

Non-beneficial:  Nil
Options:  318,951



ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The  revised  issued share capital following the allotment of 70,000  shares  in
respect  of  the  share  options exercised today is £5,057,146.60  divided  into
50,571,466 shares of 10p each.
