RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD


Following  the announcement on 15 July 2005 concerning the disposal of 2,887,103
10p  shares  of the Company by Kulim Limited, their corporate representative  on
the  board, Mr Ahamad Mohamad, has tendered his resignation with effect from  14
September 2005.
