                            Sale of Malaysian estate





Further  to  the  announcement on 13 July 2007  that  contracts  had  been
exchanged  with  regard to the sale of 745 hectares of  Perhentian  Tinggi
Estate  for  a  total  price of RM66.30 million  (US$20.65  million),  the
Company  is pleased to announce that this sale has now been completed  and
the funds received.
