The  Company  has today been advised that Sungkai Holdings  Limited  has
purchased  2,251 of the Company's shares of 10p each for a consideration
of 155 pence per share.

The  revised interests of Sungkai Holdings Limited, and other associated
companies,  in  the  issued share capital of the  Company,  are  now  as
follows:-


Sungkai Holdings Limited          11,695,443   24.33%
Bertam Holdings PLC                9,096,690   18.92%
M.P.Evans (Malaysia) Sdn.Berhad       23,533    0.05%

                                  20,815,666   43.30%
