The  Company  was notified on 21 September 2005 that, following  a  disposal  of
228,892  shares  of 10 pence on 16 and 20 September 2005 by Batu  Kawan  Berhad,
Arusha  Enterprise Sdn. Berhad, Batu Kawan Berhad and Wah Hin  Investments  Sdn.
Berhad  no longer have notifiable interests in the issued share capital  of  the
Company.
