DIRECTORS' SHARE INTERESTS
Mr O D Wilkinson, a director of the Company, has today exercised his option over
30,000 shares of 10p each granted at 85.05p per share. The aforementioned 30,000
shares have been sold at 215p per share

His  present  interests  in the issued share capital  of  the  Company  are  as
follows:

Beneficial:  Nil
Non-beneficial:  Nil
Options:  228,951 shares of 10p each



ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
The  revised  issued share capital following the allotment of 30,000  shares  in
respect  of  the  share  options exercised today is £5,077,615.30  divided  into
50,776,153 shares of 10p each.
