SHARE OPTIONS

The  Company  has  today granted to a senior employee options to  subscribe  for
75,000  shares  of  10p  each at an exercise price of 159.5p  per  share.  These
options  are  exercisable at any time between 24 November 2011 and  24  November
2018.
