SHARE OPTIONS
The Company has today granted to a senior employee options to subscribe for
50,000 shares of 10p each at an exercise price of 335p per share, the closing
mid-market price on 18 June 2009. These options are exercisable at any time
between 19 June 2012 and 19 June 2019.
