                         Notification of interim results


M.P.  Evans  Group  PLC, a producer of Indonesian palm oil and  Australian  beef
cattle, will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30  June
2009 on Monday, 21 September 2009.

There  will be a presentation for analysts on the morning of the results at  the
