Oil palm and rubber plantations in Indonesia

The Company has today purchased 125,665 of its issued shares of 10p each
for a consideration of 123p per share.

The revised issued share capital, following completion of this
transaction, will be £4,809,307.20 divided into 48,093,072 shares of 10p
each.
