                  Purchase of Australian beef-cattle property



Further to the announcement made on 16 January 2006, the MPEG board is pleased
to announce that, earlier today, settlement took place on the acquisition of
Flinton Station, comprising 7,586 hectares, which lies adjacent to the Group's
existing property, Woodlands, for a total of A$7.5 million. The Australian
beef-cattle market remains buoyant.'
