EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

The Company announces that it has been notified that Mr J F Elliott exercised his options over 10,000 10p shares in the Company granted at 126.5p per share on 26 April 2012. Accordingly, the Company has issued Mr J F Elliott 10,000 shares. The options were granted under the Executive Share-Option Scheme.

Following the above transaction, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 54,031,901.

The above figure of 54,031,901 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.
