Approval of Prospectus

A prospectus to be issued by the Company in relation to its proposed delisting of its Ordinary Shares from AIM and admission of its Ordinary Shares to the Official List has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. The prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. The Prospectus will also then be available for viewing on the Company's website, www.mpofund.com.
