On 24 October 2007, Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by Sniper
Capital Limited, announced the conditional acquisition of a well-positioned
10,500-square foot redevelopment project located close to Macau's main historic
square on Macau Peninsula.  The Company is planning a mixed-use redevelopment
project for the site and is investing a total of US$26.6 million in the project.



The acquisition of the site, which was subject, inter alia, to delivery of
vacant possession by the vendors, has now been completed.
