The board of Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited received notification
today that Thomas Ashworth, a non-executive director of the Company and a
director of Sniper Capital Limited, MPOF's investment manager, bought a total of
70,000 shares via the following transaction:


26 June 2007      70,000 shares bought at 125.5p per share


The beneficial interest of Mr. Ashworth following these transactions is 750,000
ordinary shares representing 0.71% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
