Director Shareholding

The Board of the Company received notification today that Tom Ashworth, a non-executive director of the Company and a director of the Company's Manager, Sniper Capital Limited ('Sniper Capital'), transferred on 13 November 2008 all his personal shareholdings in the Company, being a total of 800,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Ordinary Shares') to Sniper Investments Limited ('Sniper Investments') for nil consideration. The direct beneficial interest of Mr. Ashworth in the Company following this transfer is nil.

The Board of the Company received notification today that Martin Tacon, a director of Sniper Capital, also transferred on 13 November 2008 all his personal shareholdings in the Company, being a total of 800,000 Ordinary Shares, to Sniper Investments for nil consideration. The direct beneficial interest of Mr. Tacon in the Company following this transfer is nil.

Tom Ashworth and Martin Tacon ('the Principals') are the beneficial owners of all the share capital of Sniper Capital. The Board of the Company received notification today that Sniper Capital also transferred on 13 November 2008 all its shareholdings in the Company, being a total of 262,500 Ordinary Shares, to Sniper Investments for nil consideration. The beneficial interest of Sniper Capital in the Company following this transfer is nil.

The Principals have a beneficial interest in Sniper Investments. Sniper Investments is therefore a connected person of each of the Principals. As a result of the transactions described above, the Principals' indirect beneficial interest in the Company, which is held through Sniper Investments, is 1,862,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
