Director Dealing

The Company has been notified that Richard Barnes, a director of the Company, has today purchased 25,000 Ordinary shares of USD0.01 in the Company at 87p per share. Following this transaction Mr Barnes has a beneficial interest of 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that Tim Henderson, a director of the Company, has today purchased 15,000 Ordinary shares of USD0.01 in the Company at 87p per share. Following this transaction Mr Henderson has a beneficial interest of 45,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
