The Board of the Company received notification today that Thomas Ashworth, a
non-executive director of the Company, bought on 23 April 2008 a total of 50,000
shares at 105 pence per share.


The beneficial interest of Mr. Ashworth following these transactions is 800,000
shares, representing 0.76% of the issued share capital of the Company.


Mr. Ashworth is a shareholder and director of Sniper Capital Limited, the
Company's Manager, and therefore such company is a connected person of him.
Sniper Capital has a beneficial interest in the Company of 262,500 shares.


Accordingly, the aggregate beneficial interest of Mr. Ashworth and persons
connected with him is 1,062,500 shares, representing 1.01% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
