The board of Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited received notification
today that Thomas Ashworth, a non-executive director of the Company and a
director of Sniper Capital Limited, MPOF's investment manager, bought a total of
155,000 shares via the following transactions:


23 February 2007  68,000 shares bought at 1.18p per share
23 February 2007  87,000 shares bought at 1.19p per share


The beneficial interest of Mr. Ashworth following these transactions is 680,000
ordinary shares representing 0.65% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
