On the 10 October 2007, GLG Partners LP disclosed a decrease in their holding of
Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 15.43% to 14.71%. This resulted from the sale of
750,000 shares on 03 October 2007. They are now the direct owner of 15,450,000
shares.
