Pursuant to AIM rule 17, 'any relevant changes to any significant shareholders',
we hereby make the following notification:-


On the 24th January 2007, GLG Partners LP ('GLG'), as investment manager to
certain investment funds and clients, disclosed a decrease in their holding of
Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each to 16.86%.  This resulted from their sale of
250,000 Ordinary Shares on 22nd January 2007.  GLG is now the owner of
17,700,000 Ordinary Shares.
