Pursuant to AIM rule 17, 'any relevant changes to any significant
shareholders', we hereby make the following notification:-

On the 17 July 2007, Moore Macro Fund, LP disclosed a decrease in their
holding of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 6.26% to 1.43%. This
resulted from the sale of two tranches of shares, 650,000 shares and 4,425,000
shares. They are now the indirect owner of 1,500,000 shares.
