On the 24 July 2007, GLG Partners LP, disclosed a decrease in their
holding of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 16.85% to 15.43%. This
resulted from the sale of 1,500,000 shares. They are now the indirect owner of
16,200,000 shares.
