Pursuant to AIM rule 17, 'any relevant changes to any significant shareholders',
we hereby make the following notification:-


On the 19th October 2006,  INVESCO Perpetual UK Investment Series (UK ICVC)
disclosed an increase in their holding of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 17.61% to
18.09%. This resulted from their purchase of 500,000 shares on the 13th October
2006. They are now the beneficial owner of 19,000,000 shares registered in the
name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
