On the 22 November 2007, Invesco PLC disclosed an increase in their holding of
Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 28.08% to 29.55%. This resulted from the purchase 
of 1,550,000 shares on 20 November 2007. They are now the indirect owner of 
31,035,000 shares.
