On the 04 April 2008, Midas Capital plc disclosed an increase in their holding
of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 10.9% to 11.03%. This resulted from the purchase
of 140,000 shares on 01 April 2008. They are now the direct owner of 11,586,467
shares.
