Pursuant to AIM rule 17, we hereby make the following notification:-

On the 30 June 2008, Midas Capital plc disclosed an increase in their holding of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 15.08% to 17.20%. This resulted from the purchase of 2,230,000 shares on 26 June 2008. They are now the direct owner of 18,065,000 shares.
