Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited announces that an Extraordinary
General Meeting has been convened to be held at 1.30 pm on 29th February 2008 at
Polygon Hall, Le Marchant Street, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 4HY for the
following purpose:
To authorise the Company in accordance with The Companies (Purchase of Own
Shares) Ordinance, 1998 to make market purchases (as defined in that Ordinance)
either for retention as treasury shares, or cancellation, provided that:-
i. the maximum number of shares authorised to be purchased is up to 14.99 per
cent. of the shares in issue;
ii. the minimum price which may be paid for a share is £0.01;
iii. the maximum price which may be paid for a share is an amount equal to the
higher of 105 per cent of the average of the middle market quotations for a
share as derived from the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange for the five business days immediately preceding the day on which that
share is purchased and either the higher of the price of the last independent
trade or the highest current independent bid at the time of purchase;
iv. such authority shall expire at the annual general meeting of the
Company in 2008 unless such authority is varied, revoked or renewed prior to
such date by a special resolution of the Company in general meeting;
v. the Company may make a contract to purchase shares under such authority
prior to its expiry which will or may be executed wholly or partly after its
expiration and the Company may make a purchase of shares pursuant to any such
contract.
Formal notice of the Extraordinary General meeting is being posted today to
shareholders.
Copies of the circular to shareholders are available to the public from today
until the date of the Extraordinary General meeting at the offices of Heritage
International Fund Managers Limited, Polygon Hall, Le Marchant Street, St. Peter
Port, Guernsey, GY1 4HY.

commenced trading on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange on 5 June 2006,
is a closed-end investment company incorporated in Guernsey. MPO focuses on
