Receipt of final proceeds from sale of Zhuhai properties

Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by Sniper Capital Limited, announces that pursuant to the sale of its Zhuhai properties, APAC Logistics Centre and Cove Residence, which was completed in February 2014, it has received the final 10% instalment of the disposal proceeds amounting to RMB39.2 million (US$6.4 million).

These proceeds had been retained from the total sale price of RMB392 million (US$64 million) and held in escrow for a period of six months following the completion date.
