MPO completes US$41 million sale of Rua do Laboratório

Further to the announcement made on 22 February 2011, Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited confirms that the sale of its Rua do Laboratório site to a local developer for a total consideration of HK$320 million (c. US$41 million) was completed on 15 April 2011.

Subsequent to receiving the initial 15% deposit, the Company has now received the remaining HK$270 million (c. US$35 million) due under the terms of the Sales & Purchase Agreement.
