Capital reorganisation and resulting transaction in own shares 

Further to prior announcements regarding the capital reorganisation approved by shareholders on 7 July 2009, the Company announces that as a result of this transaction it has purchased for cancellation 87,500 ordinary shares and now has 11,941,400 ordinary shares of 10p in issue.
