PRIME PEOPLE PLC
AGM CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT
At today's Annual General Meeting of Prime People Plc, the Chairman, Richard
Lee, made the following statement:
For personal reasons, Mr. David Coubrough has decided to relinquish his position
as Chief Executive of the Group. He will remain a non-executive director. Mr.
Peter Hearn, currently a non-executive director, will become an executive
director. Ms. Lesley Reynolds, currently Managing Director of Portfolio
International Ltd, will become Chief Executive of that subsidiary.
The current trading environment in the leisure and hospitality sectors has
become more difficult during the course of the current year and as a consequence
the Group expects to post a trading loss for its first half year to 30 June.
Taken together with the contractual termination payment due to Mr. Coubrough,
this will result in a significant loss for this period.
