                       Change in Director's Shareholding

Prime People plc (the 'Company') announces that on 14 June 2006 it was notified
that, on 9 June 2006, John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company,
acquired  an additional 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 94 pence per share, increasing his
total shareholding to 900,849 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.5%
of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
