Change in Director's Shareholding

Prime People plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that, on 27 March 2014, Mr John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company, as a trustee of the Blakeney Holdings Directors Pension Scheme of which he is a beneficiary, acquired 109,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 84.03p increasing his total shareholding to 1,008,550 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.50% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
