Directors Dealings

The Company announces that it was notified today of the following dealings by John Lewis, a Director in the Company. The dealings took place yesterday at a price of 122.5p:

·     Mr. Lewis acquired a total of 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company

·     Mr. Lewis's personal pension fund sold 93,500 ordinary shares in the Company

·     Mr. Lewis's  spouse  sold ordinary 32,000 shares in the Company

Following the above mentioned transactions, Mr Lewis and his wife have a beneficial interest in 1,043,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 8.55% of the issued share capital.
