Director's Dealings

The Company announces that it was today notified by John Lewis, a non-executive director in Prime, that a company owned and controlled by him and his spouse today sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each to his Pension Fund, of which he is Trustee, for 96.5 pence per share.

Following the above mentioned transactions, there is no change in Mr Lewis' beneficial interest of 1,019,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 8.29% of the issued share capital.
