                       Change in Director's Shareholding

Prime People plc (the 'Company') announces that on 6th July 2006 it was notified
that, on 4th July 2006, John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company,
acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company 
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 103 pence per share and a further 10,000
Ordinary Shares today at 106 pence per share, increasing his total shareholding
to 920,849 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.66% of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
