                       Change in Director's Shareholding

Prime People plc (the 'Company') announces that on 17 July 2006, it was notified
that, on the same date, John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company,
acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company 
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 104 pence per share, increasing his total
shareholding to 960,849 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.99% of the
issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

On the same date, the Company was also notified that, on 17 July 2006, Oliver
Wright sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 104 pence per share, reducing
his shareholding in the Company to 472,424 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 3.93% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
