On 18 March 2004 the Board of Prime People Plc granted to Mr C I Heayberd who is
the Financial Director of the company an option to subscribe for 155,508
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the terms of the Prime People
Plc 2000 Employee Share Option Scheme exercisable at a price of 5.75p per share.
This brings the total number of shares held under option by Mr Heayberd to
547,238.
