Prime People plc ('Prime People' or 'the Company')
Prime People announces that Peter Hearn, currently an executive director of the
Company, has today been appointed non-executive chairman. Richard Lee, the
previous non-executive chairman of the Company, will continue as a non-executive
director of the Company.
Simon James Murphy (aged 40) has today been appointed chief executive of the
Company. Simon was, until April 2005, a managing director within the global
investment banking division of HSBC.
The strategy of the Company is to create shareholder value by developing and
broadening the activities of the business, initially through acquisition.
In respect of the appointment of Simon Murphy, there are no other matters in
relation to Schedule Two, paragraph f, of the AIM Rules which require
disclosure.
