Prime People plc ('the Company')
The Company has been informed that on Monday 6th November Riverside
International Limited sold 1,812,500 shares reducing its holding to nil.
On the same date City of London PR Group plc purchased 1,812,500 shares
taking its total holding to 4,294,553 representing approximately 11.8% of the
issued equity capital of the Company.
