Maintel Holdings Plc ('Maintel')
Acquisition
Maintel, the telecommunications and data services group, announces that it has
acquired a contract base of maintenance, call traffic, line rental and VoIP
hosted service customers from Callmaster Limited, for a consideration of up to
£442,000 which will be satisfied in cash from existing resources. Two of
Callmaster's engineers joined the Group at the same time. The annual value of
the contracts at the date of acquisition was approximately £850,000.
The contracts acquired are mainly in the south east and complement Maintel's
existing operations, so offering significant synergies. They provide an
enhanced base into which to develop the Group's VoIP hosted service, together
with a new market into which the Group can cross sell its other services.

Tim Mason, Chief Executive, commented, 'I am very pleased with this latest
