Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed communications services, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (" AGM ") at 10:30 a.m. on 19 June 2024 at 25 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6AE.
The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of AGM have been posted today, 10 May 2024, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications.
