Director Shareholding

The Company has received notification that on 27 March 2012, Angus McCaffery, Sales and Marketing Director, sold 115,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of Maintel ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 380p per Ordinary Share.

Following this sale, Angus McCaffery now holds 2,053,310 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 19.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 10,664,578.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
