Directors' share options

On 19 December 2013 the directors granted to Dale Todd, the Company's Finance Director, an option over 10,000 shares, which equates to 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company, with an exercise price of 525p.  The option vests and may be exercised from the date of grant.  The option expires on 19 December 2023.

Mr Todd currently holds 16,821 shares in the Company beneficially, has an existing option over 50,000 shares and is interested in 80,999 shares in his capacity as a trustee of the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan.

In aggregate, options are outstanding over 329,545 shares, being 3.1% of the current issued share capital. The number of shares under option and the vesting and exercise prices may be adjusted at the discretion of the Remuneration Committee in the event of a variation in the issued share capital of the Company.
